本届论坛以“开放共建 创新发展”为主题，由中国民间组织国际交流促进会指导，海南亚洲公益研究院主办，共设置一场主论坛、多场专题分论坛，吸引了来自多个国家和地区的公益组织代表、学者及企业界嘉宾近千人参与。

With the theme of "Openness and construction, Innovation and Development", this forum was guided by the China Association for the Promotion of International Exchanges of Non-governmental Organizations and hosted by the Hainan Asian Public Welfare Research Institute.

未来，单亲困境母亲的服务项目应更加重视服务的专业性，在家庭支持、社区支持、政策支持和社会支持等方面形成多维度支持体系。

In the future, service projects for single-parent mothers in distress should pay more attention to the professionalism of services, and form a multi-dimensional support system in terms of family support, community support, policy support and social support.

本次平行论坛特别邀请海南亚洲公益研究院理事长、民政部原社会福利和慈善事业促进司司长王振耀出席，对“爱心企业”内蒙古正维精细化工有限公司、“爱心企业家”赵光辉、马正武、马力克、哈贵雄、扎西及“爱心大使”撒丽娜进行隆重表彰，以表达公益伙伴们长期以来持续支持与高度关注单亲困境母亲公益事业的深切谢意。
Wang Zhenyao, chairman of the Hainan Asia Public Welfare Research Institute and former director of the Department of Social Welfare and Charity Promotion of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, was specially invited to attend the parallel forum, and solemnly commended the "caring enterprise" Inner Mongolia Zhengwei Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., the "caring entrepreneurs" Zhao Guanghui, Ma Zhengwu, Malik, Ha Guixiong, Tashi and the "love ambassador" Sarina, to express the deep gratitude of the public welfare partners for their long-term continuous support and high attention to the public welfare undertakings of single mothers in distress.

平行论坛发布《关爱单亲困境母亲倡议书》，呼吁广大公益伙伴携手并肩，“加强权益保障、增进社会理解、提供实质支持”，推动对单亲困境母亲群体的帮扶模式从“短期援助”向“长期赋能”深度转变。

The parallel forum issued the "Proposal for Caring for Single Mothers in Distress", calling on the majority of public welfare partners to work hand in hand to "strengthen the protection of rights and interests, enhance social understanding, and provide substantive support", and promote the deep transformation of the assistance model for single-parent mothers in distress from "short-term assistance" to "long-term empowerment".
