2025 年 5 月 16 日，石嘴山市第七小学北校区五年级的孩子们，来到了兰山养老院，开启“稚手牵银龄，童声慰晚晴”研学之旅。用实际行动诠释 “敬老爱老” 的传统美德，为老人们送去春日般的关怀与欢乐。

On May 16, 2025, the fifth-grade children from the North Campus of Shizuishan No. 7 Primary School came to Lanshan Nursing Home to start a research trip themed "Young Hands Holding the Elderly, Children's Voices Comforting the Sunset Years". They interpreted the traditional virtue of "respecting and loving the elderly" with practical actions, bringing spring-like care and joy to the elderly.

文化长廊下，阳光透过廊檐洒下斑驳光影，勾勒出一幅温情脉脉的画面。

棋盘前，戴着红领巾的小男孩眉头微皱，指尖捏着棋子悬在半空，眼神专注地盯着棋盘，嘴里喃喃道：“爷爷，我这步棋一下，您可要小心啦！” 对面的老张嘴角含笑，眼角的皱纹里都藏着宠溺，说道：“好，好！” 一旁，几个女孩围坐在轮椅旁，双手有节奏地在老人的肩头、小腿处按压揉捏，老人们眯着眼，满脸惬意，时不时伸手摸摸孩子的脑袋，满是疼惜。

最引人注目的当属才艺展示环节。伴随着轻快的音乐响起，孩子们宛如灵动的小精灵，时而旋转跳跃，时而舒展身姿。老人们纷纷挺直腰板，双手交叠放在腿上，眼睛紧紧追随着舞台上的身影，脸上洋溢着幸福的笑容。一曲终了，雷鸣般的掌声与喝彩声在长廊中回荡，拄着拐杖的郑天云老人激动地站起身，声音有些颤抖：“好！好！孩子们太棒了！”

In front of the chessboard, a little boy wearing a red scarf frowns slightly, his fingertips holding a chess piece suspended in mid-air, his eyes focused intently on the board as he murmurs, "Grandpa, once I make this move, you have to be careful!" Opposite him, Old Zhang smiles, with indulgence hidden in the wrinkles at the corners of his eyes, and says, "Alright, alright!" Beside them, several girls sit around a wheelchair, their hands rhythmically pressing and kneading the elderly person's shoulders and calves. The elderly close their eyes, looking completely content, and from time to time reach out to pat the children's heads, full of affection.

The most eye-catching part is undoubtedly the talent show. As lively music starts to play, the children are like agile little elves, spinning and jumping one moment, stretching their bodies the next. The elderly straighten their backs one after another, fold their hands on their laps, and keep their eyes fixed on the figures on the stage, their faces beaming with happy smiles. When the song ends, thunderous applause and cheers echo through the corridor. Elderly Zheng Tianyun, leaning on a crutch, stands up excitedly, his voice trembling a little: "Great! Great! The kids are amazing!"

此次 “稚手牵银龄，童声慰晚晴” 研学之旅，不仅为老人们的生活增添了色彩，更在孩子们心中种下了尊老、敬老、爱老的种子。愿这份温暖与善意，绽放在更多人的心田，让敬老美德代代相传。
