第三届香港国际文化创意博览会于2025年5月30日上午在香港博览馆隆重开幕，香港艺术发展局主席霍启刚为活动做了热情洋溢的致辞，希望香港成为全球文化传播的开放平台。

The 3rd Hong Kong International Cultural and Creative Expo grandly opened at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on the morning of May 30, 2025. 30日下午由亚洲国际公益网络、亚洲国际基金会、海南亚洲文化艺术基金会主办，宁夏吉庆公益基金会参与联合主办的 2025 年第二届“亚洲文化公益论坛”暨亚洲国际公益网络年会隆重开幕。本次年会汇聚了众多公益领域的专业人士和热心人士，共同探讨亚洲文化与公益事业的融合发展之路。

On the afternoon of the 30th, the 2025 Second "Asian Cultural Charity Forum" and the Annual Conference of the Asian International Charity Network, hosted by the Asian International Charity Network, the Asian International Foundation, and the Hainan Asian Culture and Art Foundation, with the participation and co-hosting of the Ningxia Jiqing Public Welfare Foundation, grandly opened. This annual conference gathered many professionals and enthusiastic individuals in the public welfare field to jointly explore the path of integrated development of Asian culture and public welfare undertakings.

In his speech, Guo Jie, Chairman of the Asia International Public Welfare Network and Vice Chairman of the China Association for the Promotion of Culture, proposed that we should leverage the advantages of Hong Kong, the "City of Public Welfare", and use the public welfare network to continuously tell popular public welfare stories like "One Thousand and One Nights".

Mr. Xu Shouzhen, Chairman of the Asia International Foundation, announced the official launch of the "Asian Public Welfare Literature Award", calling on the whole society to let literature contribute to public welfare, take ink as a bridge and words as light, and write heartwarming stories.

Mr. Sun Yu'an, head of the organizing committee of the Asian Public Welfare Literature Award, director of the Ningxia Jiqing Public Welfare Foundation, and an ethnic minority writer, believes that countless public welfare practitioners are silently contributing in different positions. He sincerely invites Chinese writers from around the world to record the brilliance of human nature in public welfare actions with non-fictional writing. On this meaningful day worthy of being remembered, let us take ink as fuel to ignite this spiritual resonance that spans mountains and seas. The Asian Public Welfare Literature Award is the first public welfare literary activity initiated and participated in by organizations such as the Asia International Network, Hainan Asian Culture and Art Foundation, Ningxia Jiqing Public Welfare Foundation, and Yunus Foundation. It has received sincere encouragement and strong support from Mr. Pan Yaoming, president of the World Federation of Chinese Literature, Mr. Bai Xianyong, a Chinese-American writer, Ms. Dai Xiaohua, former president of the Malaysian Chinese Writers Association, Mr. Bian Yufang, a great Chinese essayist, and many other renowned writers.

Literature is the spirit of culture and a bond across regions and ethnic groups. Public welfare is the adhesive that repairs social contracts and a coordinate of contemporary and even future civilizations.
