西海固文学是中国当代文学版图上的一道壮阔景观。西海固文学现象印证了文学与乡村振兴相互赋能的重要价值，西海固人民对文学的执着热爱和广泛参与，使文学成为了这片土地声名远播、影响深远的“文化名片”，为文化强国建设注入了鲜活厚重的西海固力量。

Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan literary is a magnificent landscape in the territory of contemporary Chinese literature. The phenomenon of Xihai Gu literature has confirmed the important value of mutual empowerment between literature and rural revitalization. The persistent love and extensive participation of the people of Xihai Gu in literature have made literature a well-known and far-reaching "cultural business card" of this land, injecting vivid and profound Xihai Gu strength into the construction of a cultural power.

6月5日，宁夏吉庆公益基金会一行走进固原市文学艺术家联合会，与文联副主席马金莲、作协主席李兴民、中国网记者张兴邦、西海固作家代表木沙等同仁交流座谈。

On June 5th, a delegation from the Ningxia Jiqing Public Welfare Foundation visited the Guyuan Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, where they held an exchange and discussion with colleagues such as Ma Jinlian, Vice Chairman of the Federation, Li Xingmin, Chairman of the Writers' Association, Zhang Xingbang, a reporter from China.org.cn, and Musha, a representative of Xihai Gu writers.

李兴民主席向基金会一行分享了西海固文学现象：在郭文斌主席、马金莲主席等西海固本土作家的前期耕耘和《寻找安详》、《亲爱的人们》这些高质量的作品，奠定了西海固文学良好的发展基础。文学的魅力、文学的力量，让西海固的农民作家获取了尊严，也进一步推动了“西海固文学”的品牌效应。宁夏吉庆公益基金会与固原作家协会将紧密合作，共建文学平台，讲好宁夏公益故事。

Chairman Li Xingmin shared the Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan literary phenomenon with the foundation delegation: The early efforts of local writers in Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan such as Chairman Guo Wenbin and Chairman Ma Jinlian, along with high-quality works like Searching for Peace and Dear People, have laid a solid foundation for the sound development of Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan literature. The charm and power of literature have enabled the peasant writers in Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan to gain dignity and further promoted the brand effect of "Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan Literature". Ningxia Jiqing Public Welfare Foundation and Guyuan Writers Association will cooperate closely to build a literary platform and tell good stories about public welfare in Ningxia.

马金莲主席代表西海固作家表达了与吉庆基金会联合开展文学赋能公益的意愿，希望有更多机会参与到“情义奔赴：积石山抗震救灾非虚构文学作品”这类文学+公益的项目中。

Chairperson Majinlian, on behalf of writers from Xiji, Haiyuan, and Guyuan (Xihai Gu), expressed the willingness to jointly carry out literary empowerment public welfare activities with the Jiqing Foundation, hoping to have more opportunities to participate in such "literature + public welfare" projects as "A Journey of Affection: Non-fiction Literary Works on the Jishishan Earthquake Relief".

最后孙玉安理事长表示，基金会将尽快慰问西海固残疾作家们，学习他们的励志精神，并期盼固原市文联和作协走进兰山养老院，让作家们用生花妙笔，记录下书院的书声墨香和养老院的桑榆霞影，让更多人感受到文学与公益的美妙交融。

Finally, Chairman Sun Yu'an stated that the foundation will visit the disabled writers in Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan as soon as possible to learn from their inspirational spirit. He also expressed the hope that the Guyuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Writers' Association will visit the Lanshan Nursing Home, so that the writers can use their vivid and wonderful pens to record the sounds of reading and the fragrance of ink in the academy, as well as the beautiful scenes of the elderly in their golden years at the nursing home, allowing more people to feel the wonderful integration of literature and public welfare.
