4月1日上午，中国慈善联合会第三届理事会第二次会议在北京西藏大厦隆重举行。宁夏吉庆公益基金会理事长孙玉安、秘书长王飞等到场参会。会议审议通过了多项重要议程，包括中国慈善联合会2024年度工作总结和财务报告、2025年度工作计划和财务预算、各分支机构工作总结和发展规划、新修改的分支机构管理办法、新会员入会申请等。此外，会议还选举贾晓九为副会长兼秘书长。

On the morning of April 1st, the second meeting of the third council of the China Charity Alliance was grandly held at the Tibet Hotel in Beijing. Sun Yu'an, Chairman of the Ningxia Jiqing Public Welfare Foundation, and Wang Fei, Secretary-General, were present at the meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved a number of important agendas, including the 2024 work summary and financial report of the China Charity Alliance, the 2025 work plan and financial budget, the work summaries and development plans of various branches, the newly revised branch management measures, and applications for new members to join. In addition, the meeting elected Jia Xiaojiu as Vice President and Secretary-General.

中国慈善联合会会长张春生出席会议并发表重要讲话。他指出，2025年是中慈联新一届理事会谋篇开局的关键之年，要坚持以推进慈善行业治理现代化为目标引领，加强顶层设计，强化工作统筹，不断增强做好各项工作的责任感和使命感。张春生强调，要进一步强化政治引领，及时跟进学习领会习近平总书记关于慈善工作的重要论述和重要指示批示精神，牢牢守住慈善事业的正确政治方向。同时，要进一步强化创新引领，以加快推动慈善行业治理现代化为目标，增强改革思维，深化创新意识，加快推动慈善行业信息化、标准化、专业化建设。

Zhang Chunsheng, President of the China Charity Alliance, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. He pointed out that 2025 is a crucial year for the new council of the China Charity Alliance to lay the groundwork and make a good start. We must adhere to the goal of promoting the modernization of charity industry governance, strengthen top-level design, enhance work coordination, and constantly strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission in doing all kinds of work well. Zhang Chunsheng emphasized that we should further strengthen political guidance, promptly follow up and learn to understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on charity work, and firmly hold the correct political direction of charity. At the same time, we should further strengthen innovation leadership, aim at accelerating the modernization of charity industry governance, enhance reform thinking, deepen innovation awareness, and accelerate the informatization, standardization and professionalization of the charity industry.

会议还特别强调了做好“十五五”慈善事业发展规划的重要性。张春生指出，这一规划对于推动未来五年乃至更长一段时间的慈善工作具有重大的引领推动作用。中慈联要以编制“十五五”慈善事业发展规划为契机，扎实履行行业组织职责，充分发挥“引领、联合、服务、促进”作用，系统推进“六大工程”建设，切实做好党委政府的参谋助手，不断推动中国特色慈善事业高质量发展。

The meeting also specifically emphasized the importance of formulating a sound development plan for the charity sector during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. Zhang Chunsheng pointed out that this plan will play a significant leading and driving role in promoting charity work over the next five years and even longer. The China Charity Alliance should take the formulation of the development plan for the charity sector during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period as an opportunity to earnestly perform the duties of an industry organization, give full play to its role in "leading, uniting, serving, and promoting," systematically advance the construction of the "Six Major Projects," effectively serve as a think tank and assistant to the Party committees and governments, and continuously promote the high-quality development of charity with Chinese characteristics.

宁夏吉庆公益基金会作为参会方，对此次会议内容深感振奋。听完“十五五”慈善事业发展规划后，基金会理事长孙玉安表示：“这一规划为我们指明了方向，让我们看到了慈善事业未来的广阔前景。我们将积极响应号召，结合自身优势，在慈善养老、公益培训、单亲妈妈等领域积极探索，为推动宁夏乃至全国的慈善事业发展贡献更多力量。
